QUALITY ASSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR – SEMARANG
Job Function:
- Provide the analysis (monitoring) and observation for improvement suggestion to Project.
- Create action plan for the monitoring Projects with low achievement.
- Provide the CSAT/DSAT/NPS analysis and create extra improvement plan.
- Maintain and monitor the Quality achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Experienced at least 1 year in Quality Assurance of Contact Center Operation.
- Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening).
- Strong analytical and observational skill.
- Good service mindset and strong in details.
- Good communication and coaching skills.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
