Purpose Statement: Responsible for supervising and managing activities directly related to service. This position requires limited supervision and is also required to exercise moderate discretion and independent judgment by developing, analyzing and delivering simple to complex information. Provides immediate supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Execute production planning to meet key KPIs, ensuring daily output, meeting WOCT and OTD targets, and maintaining product quality.
Manage operators and control costs, including HC planning, performance evaluation, and control of usage and scrap in daily operations.
Develop talent and manage people, including maintaining an effective organization chart and coaching employees for growth and role competency.
Solve problems and implement lean practices, including timely problem-solving in the production line and initiating projects to improve efficiency, capability, and cost while eliminating waste.
Manage safety and handle emergency cases, including maintaining good floor 6S and production safety, performing safety inspections weekly, and handling emergency cases skillfully.
