Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- The development of the production department’s annual, monthly, and weekly work plan and specific action measures and organize the implementation, to ensure effective support for the company’s production capacity goals.
- According to the plan scheduling scheduling requirements, responsible for organizing the production team to complete the monthly production orders on time.
- Responsible for production line, daily management, and process management, improving production efficiency.
- Responsible for the 5S management of the production site. To be able to achieve cost reduction and efficiency, such as reducing losses, cost control, improve labor productivity.
- Responsible for product production process quality control and continuous improvement.
 
Job Requirements:
- Willing to be placed in Korrun, India
- Able to speak English/Hindi
- Proficient sewing skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of the garment process, production, and personnel group lineup
- Understand lean production
- Meticulous and rigorous work, strong execution
