Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Improving policies, as well as improving the company’s project management process.
- Document production creation, development, and execution as well as production scope, budget, and adjustments.
- Plan production management activities and manage the daily activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet company standards.
- Work with other department heads to ensure each department has what it needs to complete production.
- Monitor and evaluate the production process according to the schedule, budget and specifications set
- Ensuring that the team can understand and implement established standards and processes
- Assists in identifying, evaluating and managing production risks
- Provides reports on production performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or engineering MBA Preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in Production Management
- Mastering Gantt chart visualisation for project management dashboards
