Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ conditions, taking vital signs, collecting health histories, and performing physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients’ needs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ progress and document their responses to care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements:
- A valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and relevant certifications.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Registered Nurse (Perawat Terdaftar) in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
