PT Prym Intimates Indonesia memberi kesempatan untuk bergabung bersama Supervisor Production (Executive – Production) di Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
 
- Do strategic planning to achieve production goals and meet customers’ expectations (quality, delivery, timelines)
- Manage all the production team according to the production schedule
- Monitoring the implementation of SOPs & Work Instructions in the Production section
- Ensure validity and timeliness of production reports (production results, downtime, etc.)
- Learn and make continuous improvements in all production process
- Implementing a quality management system throughout the production activity
- Check quality issue reports and direct corrective action to production teams
 
Job Qualifications:
 
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor Production in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the textile/ garment industry)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Machine engineering or related fields
- Familiarity with lean Manufacturing / Kaizen
- Proven track record in managing people and or small teams and cross-functional team working, with experience in coaching teams to success
- Strong communication and engagement capabilities with the ability to influence
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate
- Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
