Hi Everyone, on behalf of our client, I’m recruiting for this position:
Position: Maintenance Manager
Company: FnB Manufacturing Company
Location: Semarang – Central Java
The Successful Applicant (KEY POINT):
– Successful track record as a Maintenance Manager coming from FMCG Manufacturing Company (food or beverage)
– Exceptional skill in leadership
– In-depth knowledge of plant manufacture maintenance, implementing QMS, Halal, TPM, 5S, and lean manufacturing powder transport, mixing, packing, and palletizing, along with Root Cause Analysis capabilities.
Job Description:
Plan procedures for machine, spare parts, and/or utility repairs.
Develop strategies for preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance analysis for machines, spare parts, and/or utilities.
Design strategies for machine performance enhancement and improvement.
