Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes of meeting.
- Organize and maintain meeting rooms, including necessary equipment and materials.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries and requests, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection policies.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant at least 2 years.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Mandarin is preferable.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri Kendal
