Job Description
- Managing Product and Process conformity based on specification.
- Leading process audit based on Process Quality Control Plan.
- Leading root cause analysis and improvement process when non-conformity occurs.
- Managing customer complaints.
- Managing COA (certificate of analysis) document for every product shipment.
- Managing qualification for every product and/or process change.
- Managing Quality Document.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or statistics.
- Have working experience as a QA in the manufacturing industry.
- Have the ability to read mechanical/engineering drawings.
- Familiar with Seven Basic Tools of Quality.
- Familiar with measurement tools instrument (Caliper and Micrometer).
- Familiar with the Root Cause Analysis method (FMEA/Fishbone Diagram/Pareto Analysis).
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang or Salatiga.
