The Designer and Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing creative design solutions and producing compelling content across various platforms. This role requires a blend of design expertise and content creation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality visuals and messaging that align with our brand’s goals and identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and design elements for digital and print media, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain design standards and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all content.
- Design visual assets for campaigns and special projects.
- Design artwork as leaflets, posters, presentations and other promotional material to serve needs of other departments
Content Creation:
- Produce engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and video scripts, that reflects the brand’s voice and engages the target audience.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Manage and update content on the company’s website and social media platforms.
Job Requirements :
-  S1 majoring in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia/ Advertising/ Media (Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design) is preferred. 
- Minimum 1 year experience. 
- Fluent in English 
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW 
- Mandatory Creative Fields: print design, packaging, branding, typography and layout. 
- Knowledge in video editing, web design, SMM, SEO, and photography are an advantage. 
- Strong Creativity and Concept Development 
- Excellent time management 
- High sense of initiative, reliable, and flawlessly understand instruction 
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills is essential. 
- Good attitude, self-motivated, smart worker, and detail
