We are looking for a great Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you are ready to take the lead in monitoring export and loading activities, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the company’s lead export coordinator and communicating with shipping companies to manage shipment services and negotiate rates
- Coordinate and communicates with forwarding third parties for logistics services when needed
- Prepares and checks export documents such as shipping instructions, LOIs, Weathering Certificates, etc.
- Coordinates with the Operations Department to make bookings in a timely manner
- Monitors export activities and ensures administrative completeness
- Monitors loading activities and provide the required documentation
- Prepares and provides export activity reports to relevant agencies such as Customs Department, the Ministry of Trade, and the Chamber of Commerce
- Creates monthly export reports
- Tracks shipments and monitor arrival dates
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any related field preferably Business, Management, Economy or Logistic with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent
- Has 2+ years working experience in export management
- Has a good understanding on export procedures and documents completion
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office
- Has a high sense of responsibility and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English as needed
- Able to handle urgent matters outside working hours when required
- Willing to be positioned in BSB City, Semarang
- Preferably residing in Semarang
