Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Global Segara Niaga is a company holding the sole ENOC brand in Indonesia, engaged in the distributor of varieties of Oil/Lubricant.
In this role you will be:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities, identify new potential customers, set up ideal prospecting  strategies. 
- Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product and services.
- Able to build and deliver presentations.
- Manage sales team.
- Manage key accounts.
- Act as the point of contact for clients.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Supervise sales account representatives.
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience. 
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Management, Business, Engineering or related subject.
- Have Experience from 2-4 years in Wholesales Oils and Lubricants Sales Supervisor.
- Proven experience as Sales Engineer.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiatin skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Positive individual and a hard worker.
- Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure.
- Able to persuade and convince others/influence decision making.
- Experience in Lubricants, Oil & Gas industrial segments.
