Job Desk 
- Sales Enforcement: Increase sales in order to boost branch revenue & profitability 
- Market Expansion
- Holistic Product Coverage: Able to sell all products, solutions, and services
- Strategic Opportunities: Identify potential strategic prospect projects within the branch territories and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure maximum chance of securing the projects
- Enrichment: Ensure all branches’ staff has the right skill sets and knowledge required to sell all products, solutions, and services
- Staff Performance: Coordinate with all staff performance (productivity and sales output)
- Technical Support: Ensure all branches Technical meet the SLA required by all customers, and actively coordinate with Technician to ensure customer satisfaction within the respective territories
- Bridging Communication: Act as a central point of communication between Head Office and Branch (including for distributions of sales tools and marketing collaterals, events publicity, etc.) 
- Marketing Support: Actively to promote upcoming events to their respective networks and actively involve in the Company’s marketing activities
- Monthly Branch Performance Review
- Problem Identification & Corrective Action (PICA): Identify problems and areas of improvements, and independently coordinate with Branch Managers to formulate and implement strategies/ action plans to resolve and prevent recurrence of the problems to increase sales in order to boost branch revenue & profitability
- Branch Development: Initiative, proactive, persistent, and resilient in carrying out challenging tasks such as collaborating with potential partners, consistent upselling and cross-selling products, solutions, and services, to ensure continuous branch improvement
- Sales Activity Reports: Consolidate all sales leads/prospect projects along with detailed activity reports into a comprehensive report on a weekly basis 
 
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the same industry (Experience in sales, marketing, and management is preferred)
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to the job, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other business software
- A Bachelor’s Degree/ S1 in Business Management, Economic Management, or any related field 
- Initiative, proactive, persistent, and resilient
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and diplomatically (Bilingual, English and Bahasa Indonesia, is preferred)
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are valuable for troubleshooting operational challenges.
