Job Summary : 
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager. A Manager of warehouse effectively oversee all aspects of warehouse operations from inventory management to team leadership, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products in a leather bag manufacturing company. 
Requirements : 
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- Have Experience min 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in bag manufacturing
- Proficiency in managing inventory levels, including knowledge of inventory control systems, stocktaking procedures and reconciliation processes.
- Have experience with WMS (warehouse management systems)
- Understanding of proper material handling techniques.
- Have knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and compliance with local regulations regarding storage and handling
- Have a good communication skills, team leadership, strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin will be Advantage
- Placement in Kendal Industrial Area
Responsibilities : 
- Warehouse Operations Management : Manager day to day warehouse operations include receiving, storing, picking and shipping goods. Ensure that the warehouse is clean, safe and organized all safety standards. 
- Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes and identify and take action on obsolete or slow moving inventory items to optimize warehouse space
- Procurement and Distribution Coordination : Receiving goods, shipping finished products, Collaboration with logistics team
- Team leadership and Development : Manage warehouse staff and Employee development
- Safety and Compliance Management : Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance
- Cost Control : Manage warehouse budget and reduce operational costs without compromising efficiency or quality
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels and team performance for management
- Quality Improvement and Customer Satisfaction : Ensure that all products stored in the warehouse meet quality standards before being shipped to customers, and handle customer complaints related to shipments or the condition of received goods.
