Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT operations and ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availabality
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor IT staff
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve efficiency
- Ensure data security, network access and back up systems
- Manage IT budgets and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their technology needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similiar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
