Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities: 
- Maintaining and increasing sales growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (from KC Softex or Distributors and outlets) in promoting and selling KC Softex’s products. 
- Coordinating the selling activities with a distributor to maintain service level and/or sales growth. 
- Ensuring our product is always available and visible to hit sales targets and growth. 
- Coordinating the daily sales activities and creating and analyzing weekly/monthly sales reports. 
- Implementing, and evaluating strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence, and identify new market opportunities. 
- Executing sales activities 50%, building communication & engagement with external distributor/outlet 30%, reporting 20% 
 
Requirements: 
- Minimum D3/ S1 any major. 
- Minimum 1-year experience in the same or related position. 
- Having good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. 
- Have good leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. 
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta, Central Java, Indonesia.
