Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws while aligning with the company’s strategic goals and shareholders’ expectations
- Evaluate and improve compensation packages and performance management systems to ensure the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and department leaders to drive and support HR strategies tailored to specific business needs
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
- Assess and restructure the organization as needed to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Lead the annual workforce planning and budgeting process, aligning manpower needs with business objectives
- Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, tax filings, and other statutory submissions for all employees
- Manage work permits, visa renewals, and exit processes for expatriates, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HR generalist roles, with a proven track record of leading HR teams, preferably within the real estate or property sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication with stakeholders across Indonesia and Singapore
