Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Prepare training materials and deliver training modules to Collection team, fulfill training plan and to measure training effectiveness & evaluation.
What you will do
- Conducting training and socialization to designated collection team member, in regards to achieve training objective of all module and materials.
- Responsible in delivering training for all department under Risk Function.
- To deliver all required training programs accomplished as timeline to specific designated collection team
- To manage training class to be conducted and managing training activity by end-to-end process.
- Training preparation including mastering training material and manual.
- To provide training report and activity updates to Training SPV in timely manners.
What you will need to have
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in any major from reputable University.
- Preferably has minimum 2 years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant.
- Has experience in managing online or offline training for mass position training will be a good plus (i.e providing training for customer service, collection, sales agent).
- Tech savvy, experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with training design and experienced to develop learning materials based on learning syllabus.
- Good communication skill both verbal and written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Preferably current domicilie or willing to relocate to Semarang.
