Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our operations general. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing teams, a deep understanding of the Indonesian solar PV energy landscape, and a solid grasp of financial, legal, and tax matters.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective execution of business strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a general management role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian solar PV energy market, including industry trends and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Basic understanding of legal and tax matters relevant to the business.
*Candidate Preferable living in Central Java Area but willing to travel sometimes for domestic route
