Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle urgent hiring needs.
- Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges efficiently.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels and strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Use both English and Mandarin (if applicable) in communication with candidates to ensure effective assessment.
- Ensure job descriptions and requirements are clear, accurate, and aligned with company needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other networking events
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
