Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff or in a related role.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best prices and favorable terms.
- Ability to analyze purchasing needs and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and good conduct in the workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ready to be placed in Kendal Industrial Park (KIK), Central Java.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchasing Processes: Identify purchasing needs, source vendors, request quotes, and prepare purchase orders.
- Negotiate with Vendors: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with vendors.
- Vendor Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop strong relationships with vendors, monitor their performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Ensure Product Quality: Ensure that purchased goods meet company specifications and quality standards.
- Manage Purchasing Documentation: Prepare and manage purchasing documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate with Related Departments: Coordinate with other departments such as production, warehouse, and finance to ensure the availability of goods and smooth procurement processes.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Monitor inventory levels and work with related teams to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
