Job Description:
This position will be responsible for achieving business targets and work unit fundamental sales targets. In other hand, this position also responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies in accordance with the Company’s goals, objectives, and strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree from any field
- Having 10 years related experience in the sales function, and 5 years experience within a similar position
- Prefer have experience in the Distribution company or FMCG company.
- Experience in handling sales team with monthly target above 10 Billion +
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with internal and external groups on multiple simultaneous projects
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to build & maintain effective work relationships
- Excellent people management, performance management and change management skills
