Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Training Specialist in manufacturing.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific training needs.
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Mandarin language skills are highly preferred and considered a strong plus.
- Ability to create training materials, manuals, and presentations using a variety of software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and facilitate training sessions.
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Experience in assessing training needs, evaluating training effectiveness, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willing to be placed in Demak – Central Java
Job Responsibilites :
- Evaluate training needs of various departments in the plant, working with department managers to determine key skills gaps and training priorities.
- Develop annual training plans to ensure all employees receive necessary training and development opportunities.
- Design and develop training courses for various positions, including new employee orientation training, skill enhancement training, and safety training.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external training resources to ensure smooth implementation of training activities.
- Conduct training in person or invite external instructors, ensuring training materials are in line with plant needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training, evaluate training effectiveness and employee learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement follow-up plans and evaluations to ensure employees can apply what has been learned in their daily work.
- Prepare training reports, report training progress and results to management, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work with HR, production, quality control, and other departments to ensure training content is in line with standard operating procedures
