Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualification =
– Minimum Bachelor Degree Of Civil Engineering (reputable university / S1).
– Age maks 35 years.
– Experience in civil engineering min 5 years, especially Industrial Zone, developer.
– Experience in Planning Design, build a building.
– Understand and analyze project budget.
– Understanding civil works (construction structure, project calculation, etc).
– Having English Language skill is preferred.
Responsibility =
– Create operational engineering designs and plans.
– Manage operational engineering activities.
– Monitor and ensure the physical and technical implementation of building construction.
– Provide advice and further handling if there are problems.
– Verify documents from consultants both hard copy and soft copy, and archive all documents.
– Responsible for area development activities and making regular reports to management.
