Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology .
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have experience to handle HR matters.
- Familiar With psychological test tool.
- Good interpersonal skill, confident, proactive and eager to learn.
- Fast learner, quick, detail oriented, and highly initiatives.
- Able to multitask and work underpressure.
- Familiar with legal issue / regulation.
- Willing to Place in Kabupaten Semarang
Job Description :
- Handle end to end recruitment procces.
- Handle HR and GA administration.
- Do all administrative duties required by HR Manager.
- Scheduling and taking minutes of meeting HR needed.
- Registered & Maintanance BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
