Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant Manager and Supervisor to join our team at Translindo Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial and accounting operations. This includes budgeting, tax compliance, preparing financial reporte and ensuring accurate financial statements (For Manager). As accountant manager, you are required to be independent and dependable to manage your accounting and finance team
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statement. (For Manager)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (For Manager)
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage the company’s accounting operations, including Invoice Processing, Payment Collection, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Verify and reconcile financial data, Identifying discrepancies and resolving issues as needed
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- With maximum 40 years Old
- Having Tax Brevet Certificate A & B is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (for Manager) and 3 Years(for surpervisor) in accounting or finance, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tax(PPH and VAT) and practice
- Advanced Excel level and English Language
- Proficiency in using accouting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Location at Puri Anjasmoro Semarang / Raya Darmo Square Surabaya
