Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Involving and managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
Onboarding and Orientation
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company
- Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Implement and promote initiatives that foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale
Performance Management
- Support performance management by assisting performance management systems and processes and addressing performance issues
- Coordinate performance reviews, gather feedback, and support managers in the evaluation process
HR Policy and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices
HR Administration and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track HR operational progress
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Support the implementation of training initiatives related to both technical and soft skills
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and systems and implement solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources
