Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electro/ Industry/ Chemical)
- Background industry from Packaging Manufacture
- QA Management experience across multiple projects (Min 4 Years)
- Have strong leadership and technical skills
- Expertise reading drawing and stastical sampling
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with all levels of management
- Knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based Testing’
- Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive’
- Willing to be placed in Demak, Jawa Tengah
Job Description :
- Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects
- Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance
- Be accountable for the test projects, mentor, and provide leadership
- Participate in interviews, inductiori-training and performance evaluation of all QA Engineer.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing
