General Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Shipping/Freight Forwarding/ Logistic
- Education minimum D3
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in Freight Forwarding/shipping/logistic
- Building and maintaining customer relations
- Have customer and shipping database is an advantage
- An extensive network of contacts with freight forwarder or shipping industry is an advantage
- Willing to be Placed in All Main cities Port in Java Island

OPERATION Job Description:
- Prepare work plans, including but not limited to annual work plans supported by work programs and activity plans as well as operational budgets.
- Monitor all daily loading/unloading operational activities
- Monitor the provision of required equipment and trucking
- Control loading/unloading costs
- Monitor and manage operator incentives
- Monitor the implementation of operational systems and procedures
- Coordinate with related parties for vessel docking and loading/unloading processes before vessel arrival regarding the readiness of:
- equipment and operator
- trucking
- Coordinate with Depo before docking the vessel regarding: yard plan, vessel plan, block stow and stowage plan.
- Coordinate with mechanics regarding equipment repair and maintenance (maintenance & repair).
- Resolve problems (troubleshooting) and provide solutions related to operational issues, paying attention to the recommendations of the operation supervisor.
- Prepare and carry out cadre formation and training processes for operators.
- Establish good relationships with external parties, including but not limited to: customers, Pelindo, and other government institutions.
- Coordinate with consultants in developing new operational systems and procedures.
- Review procedures periodically and update procedures and/or prepare new procedures, if necessary.
