Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Ensure preparation, maintenance, and analysis of MIS reports monthly.
- Drive monthly closure of accounts and its complete process by preparing and reviewing monthly, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements, including variance analysis.
- Drive perpetual inventory, control inventory, and monitor and fix system issues with the IT department.
- Coordinate audits (statutory, tax, and transfer pricing) and ensure proper filing of tax returns.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions, filing of various returns, highlighting non-compliances, and reviewing control measures.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed manage banking relationships and monitor working capital facilities for the schedule of loan and LC payments.
- Coordinate the development and monitoring of annual operating budgets, business plans, and forecasts prepare monthly review reports on cash flows.
- Review and control AR/AP/Inventory aging on a weekly basis.
- Cost new products and ensure the revision of costs in the accounting system yearly and monthly.
- Resolve daily issues, mentor and develop the accounting staff team, manage work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and foster an effective team dynamic.
- Lead IT/ERP system-related development with coordination of IT Department/IT vendors related to financial controls/MIS.
- Prepare, review, and maintain the costing process.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with GAAP.
- Complete understanding of ERP systems, including all modules (preferably Dynamics Navision).
- Knowledge of costing, taxation (direct and indirect).
- Knowledge of IFRS and Company Law.
- Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
