Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are hiring Quality Control Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) for one of our client, a big company leading in manufacture industry and focus on Diapers, Tissue, and many others mom & baby product.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the quality control processes within the warehouse to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
2. Implement and monitor quality control procedures and best practices.
3. Supervise, mentor, and train the quality control team to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members adhere to quality standards.
5. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
6. Utilize statistical tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to make data-driven decisions.
7. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth operation and address any quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control. At least 3 years of experience in managing a quality control team.
3. Experience in the baby diapers industry is highly desirable.
4. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency in using statistical tools such as SPC, FMEA, etc.
5. Fluency in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin is essential.
6. Willingness to adapt and grow within the company, with the potential for promotion to a QC Manager or other senior roles.
