We are currently transforming this vibrant area into a must-visit destination for all ages, promising unforgettable experiences for everyone.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at AWANNCOSTA by AWANNGROUP in Semarang. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure operational efficiency, and implement strategies for business growth and development.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in purchasing and cost control, preferably within the hospitality industry or resto & bar
2. Experience in negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and understanding market trends in Semarang Area
3. Previous roles in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, ideally within the hospitality industry.
4. Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
5. Ability to analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures.
6. Effective communication with suppliers, team members, and other departments.
7. Knowing Alcohol vendors / distributors in Semarang Area
