Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop strategies and its implementation for new sales of products.
- Responsible sales business activities and achieve target.
- Responsible for acceptance of products in all customers / end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market.
- Win new customers with a systematic approach and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions.
- Responsible to support the growth strategies within new sales (budget quotations, order intake, revenue, customer visit)
- Builds customers relationship from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and implements marketing plans the sales budget.
- Business review/ reporting in a structured and professional manner.
- Responsible for achievement of sales in Semarang area.
- Review sales achievement and propose activity plans by expanding distributions, improving availability, increasing visibility of potential areas/ channels.
- Achieve and improve monthly sales target.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Requirements:
- Strong human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills, result oriented, working independently, contribution to team success.
- Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
- Customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in networking with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- High integrity and good work ethics.
- Minimum work experience in the KITCHEN APPLIANCES for 3 Years.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, with future prospect to be assigned in any cities of Indonesia.
- Familiar with data and know how to use it as decision based.
- Maximum Age 36 Years Old.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
- At least three years of team management experience.
- Willing to mobile, as coverage area.
- Preferably own transport.
- Proficient in written & spoken English.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
- Willing to join immediately.
