Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Lead the tax planning, compliance, and reporting process, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial management software and tools.
Location:
This position is based in Semarang, Indonesia. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
