Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Agri Input Procurement Specialist to procure the agri-input goods in regional level. This job will report to the Commercial Agri Input Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Build, develop and maintain business relationships with the agri-input principals (manufacturers, distributors, etc.)
- Ensuring the availability of agri-inputs products by purchasing goods in accordance with the approved purchase plan.
- Ensuring that the company’s profit margins are maintained by recommending selling prices according to market conditions.

- Critical Knowledge
- Agri input Business Understanding – Commercial, Agronomy
- Agri input category business acumen – understanding of commercial, Agronomy, Fulfillment, and Distribution
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business and Financial acumen
- Self-motivation and ability to travel
Qualifications & experience
- 3 years of procurement/ sourcing/ buying experience in Agri-Input company
- Minimum education D3/S1
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, both written and speaking
- Strong negotiation skill
- Willing to travel across Central Java area
- Placement in Semarang
