We are a growing logistics company looking for a Junior Operations Support to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in logistics and interested in working in the export-import industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with documentation and shipping processes.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, customs, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure smooth export-import processes.
- Resolve issues that may arise during operations.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports.
Qualifications:
