PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
The Manager who needs to manage a team to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of tasks.
Supervising team members in carrying out daily tasks, providing support, and managing the overall workflow and productivity in the workplace.
His/ her responsibility includes:
- To provide a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, staff retention, performance management & training & development
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategies, monitoring overall HR systems, procedures, and strategic implementation throughout the organization
- Participate in the recruitment & selection & interview, employment contracts, onboarding and off-boarding formalities
- Developing strategic planning on manpower, training, staff cost and budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, HR compliance, training and development, employment Visa application etc.
- Ensure all HR management in the organization is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Plan and organize timely and accurate preparation of HR regulatory reports
- Provide strategic and professional advice on HR related issues
- Ensure good communication with internal and external Stakeholder
- Perform an ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a senior supervisory role in the HR field and preferably working in a global manufacturer with over 2000 employees.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, interpersonal and good problem-solving skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Immediate availability is preferred
