We produce both OEM and private label products as well as furniture for the contract market. We are mainly focused on the export market with customers based in Europe, USA, middle East and Australia. Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology or related field
- Experience in HR and Admin function for at least 3 years, with prior experience in the manufacturing industry being an advantage.
- Strong understand of Indonesian Labor regulation and laws, also HR best practices
- Experience in managing asset management, maintenance of buildings, waste management, security and related certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist HRGA manager on the recruitment process and selection
- Assist HRGA manager on developing, managing and implementing HRGA strategies, policies, procedures
- Manage company facilities and equipment function properly including maintenance, repairs and waste management
- Oversee employee evaluations, contract renewals, and document preparation
- Responsible for the labor insurance management, labor disputes, litigation and mediation, welfare benefits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee’s attendance
- Maintaining company documents (such as letters, proposals, and reports) are properly stored and easily accessible
- Responsible for expat management and related compliances
