Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service interested in handling our incoming calls.
What You Will Do:
– Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Take the extra mile to engage customers
– Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
– Follow industry best practices
– At least 2+ years of working experience in a similar customer service role
– High English-fluency
– Willing to work in a shift schedule. Night-shift will be commenced from home.
– A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management
– A very high attention to detail
– An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally
– Willing to work according to Australian Time
