Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Record and monitoring AR & AP aging, collect and prepare payment schedule
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
- Build up full set of accounting control document and liaise with CFO
- Review and approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Supervise the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
- Manage and responsible for timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and cash-flow management reporting for submission to Group Finance
- Works with external auditors during financial audits,
- Responsible for financial and coordinate the external audit process
- Prepare withholding tax article 23 & 26, 4(2), VAT monthly tax report
- Reconciliation tax payable article 22, 23 & 26, 4(2) & VAT as of GL and tax return (SPT)
- Familiar with Tax Systems (e-Unifikasi, e-Faktur, DJP Online)
- Journal entries and posting in ERP system
- Prepare corporate income tax calculation and report
- Prepare documents related to the audit process
- Monitoring and update tax regulations
- Monitor and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with taxation requirements
- Perform cash flow forecasting
- Reports directly to CFO and interfaces directly with other senior management team members
- Manage compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. annual returns, tax returns, PJKEK, PPKEK, LKPM in OSS, etc
Qualifications:
- Degree: University major in Accounting
- Good knowledge about ID GAAP/IFRS and Tax laws
- Know how to use ERP System (prefer has Odoo manufacturing ERP background)
- Experience minimum 3 years in the field of Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting, Cost Accounting and tax
- Having Brevet A&B is preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Have knowledge with ISO 9001.
- Have a good analytical thinking.
- Excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication.
- Good written and spoken English language.
