Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Essential Skills: Proven ability in strategic planning, effective prioritization, project management, and efficient time management
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with practical experience in databases, spreadsheets, and internet research.
- Personal Traits: A well-groomed and professional appearance, with the ability to understand responsibilities, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Chinese Language Professional Working Proficiency, English intermediate level is a must
- Experience in manufacture will be a plus point
- Must be willing to be based in Kabupaten Semarang and Melbourne, Australia if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director with daily oversight of operations including scheduling as assigned.
- Assist Director in the execution of the strategic vision by monitoring all operations & ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Coordinate efforts with department heads to maximize results.
- Maintain current knowledge of operation, products, and procedures within a given department.
