Description
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Manage tax compliance, planning, and reporting to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to drive performance and professional development.
- Conduct audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and tax management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
