Supply Chain Custainability Manager

We are a company focused on producing and sourcing natural ingredients and commodities with more than 14 years’ experience in partnering with farmers and producers of natural ingredients across Indonesia.
We work in close relationship with our clients, their auditors and environmental organization to prepare and strengthen our supply chains to meet social and environmental standards as required by international market.
The aim of this position is to develop and strengthen our different supply chains and to prepare them for certification: Fair for Life, UEBT, ECOCERT

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate professional who is interested in growing together with us in the long-term and who believes that business can be developed in harmony with humanity and nature.
The position will be based in Salatiga with travels to different area.
Key Qualification:
- Experience of certification processes for commodities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, or Environmental Sciences.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in agribusiness, supply chain management or commodities, conservation, environmental sector or a related field in NGO or private sector.
- Required languages: Fluent English, Indonesia.
- Willingness to learn is essential.
- Full-Time position.
- Willing to relocate to Salatiga or already residing in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for preparing our company, our partners and producers to strength our sustainability impacts and meet the high level of exigence of certification standards.
He/she will work in coordination with our partners, including producers, groups of farmers, buyers, NGOs, and certification bodies.
Development of sustainability standards
- Ensure and formalize contracts, pricing system and trade policies, agreement and purchasing tools among all the actors of theses value chain.
- Development of all socio-environmental policies, traceability’s system, procedures, pedagogics and training materials, SoP among the actors of the value chain.
- Identify any obstacles, provide expertise and advice regarding environment and social issues to ensure the long-term sustainability of the value chain.
- Implement and socialize procedures, corrective actions based on the requests of the social and environmental strategies of our company, its clients, or their auditor.
Stakeholders Management
- Supervise purchasing, stock and financial management of the production / supply.
- Ensure an efficient communication with the main stakeholders: Clients, Partners, Auditors and Environmental organizations to achieve the objectives of certification.
- Provide reliable and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and organizing capacity building for the partners to improve their organizational, and technical capacities.
Internal
- Preparation of internal company audit: Eco Vadis, Sedex, ISO, Etc
- Develop and implement internal company CRS policies, charter, ethical trade policies.
- Strengthening the visibility of existing supply chains:
- Prepare supply chain reports and presentations to showcase supply chain performance
- Develop communication tools: PowerPoint, Canvas, Photos, videos, LinkedIn, IG, special publication materials, etc.
