We are seeking a seasoned Export Import Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for all transaction of import and export customs declaration business, preparing customs report and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications & experience:
- Be engaged in professional customs declaration for more than 2 years.
- Have a rich of customs declaration experience and be able to independently complete import and export customs declaration business.
- Strong language skills, can speak at least one of Chinese or English (Chinese is preferred).
- Ability to use office software.
- Have a certification in management export import will be an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure completeness of Export and Import documents.
- Create PIB based on the documents provided.
- Create permit procedures and import file documentation.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments both at the Factory and in the field with customs officers.
- Connect with external audit and other departments, and issue annual audit reports and other compliance inspections.
- Support ad-hoc requirements and tasks.
