Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HSE or environmental management, preferably in manufacturing (experience in the diaper or FMCG industry is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and national/international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001)
- Experience in managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs
- Skills in incident investigation and reporting
- Relevant HSE training certifications (e.g., General K3 Expert, HSE Auditor) will be an advantage

Job Descriptions:
Implement Health and Safety Programs:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures for all activities within the plant
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety and health standards
- Provide training on HSE topics to employees, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and emergency response procedures
Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure all production activities comply with national and international HSE regulations
- Develop and manage regular HSE audit reports for management and regulatory bodies
Waste Management and Environmental Care:
- Monitor waste management processes to ensure disposal complies with environmental regulations
- Implement procedures to minimize the environmental impact of production activities
Incident Reporting and Investigation:
- Conduct investigations when work-related accidents or HSE incidents occur
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with production, quality control, and warehouse departments to ensure all processes meet safety standards
- Coordinate with management teams in developing and updating HSE policies as needed
Certification and Audit Management:
- Organize and ensure compliance with HSE certifications (e.g., ISO 45001) and manage internal and external audits
- Participate in external audit processes
