Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate Bulk Dye operations as per internal and external customer requirements.
- Communicate/negotiate with approving parties, to resolve shade issues/ quality issues/testing issues.
- Conduct audits, Identify and timely action on issues to ensure smooth dye house functionality.
- Build good working relationships with internal and external customers to understand their requirements.
- Work with suppliers to ensure products/services within the dye house are maintained up to required quality standards.
- Carry out process improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of product/ process.
Implement/maintain the lean principle and practices in the Dye House Department
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Textile Chemistry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the textile/garment industry.
- Solid knowledge of dyeing processes, equipment, and chemicals.
- Familiarity with Nylon and Polyester dyeing will be a plus.
- Extensive expertise in dyeing methods, color matching, and fabric finishing.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate the team and strong organizational and planning skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
- Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
