Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibililities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel or departments
- Communicates clearly both in Bahasa and English.
- Supporting office administration activities, including archiving outgoing letters/packages and incoming letters/packages.
- Welcoming and registering incoming guests or visitors professionally, and determine purpose of visiting.
- Provide brief responses or information to questions about the company’s products.
- Organize and record meeting room schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an associate degree (D3) in any major.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Have a good communication skill and presentable appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to join as soon as possible
- Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
