Requirements :
- Proficient in Indonesian and Chinese, or English and Indonesian, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Candidates who can simultaneously master Indonesian, English, and Chinese will be given priority consideration.
- University’s degree or above, preferably in foreign languages, translation, international trade, or related fields. Candidates with overseas study or work experience will be prioritized.
- Possess good translation skills and expressive ability, capable of accurate and fluent language conversion
- Familiarity with various translation tools, such as CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) software.
- Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to communicate effectively with different departments.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability, capable of quickly integrating into new environments and handling multiple tasks.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for translating various company documents, materials, emails, etc., ensuring the accuracy and fluency of the translated content.
- Participate in translation work for important company meetings, negotiations, and other occasions, providing translation support for leadership.
- Assist the department in handling daily affairs, such as document organization, data entry, meeting arrangements, etc.
- Participate in departmental project planning and execution, providing support for departmental development.
- Assist leadership in market research, client communication, and other tasks to enhance departmental business capabilities.
- Gradually take on more management responsibilities according to company development needs, contributing to the company’s growth.
