Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
– Develop, coordinate, and execute merchandising strategies for luxury bags to maximize sales, visibility, and profitability.
– Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust strategies and inventory levels accordingly.
– Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications meet market demands and quality standards.
– Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery terms.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
– Oversee the online merchandising presence, ensuring that products are effectively presented and aligned with brand standards.
– Provide leadership and direction to the merchandising team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
– Utilize ERP systems and analytics platforms to streamline operations and provide detailed reports to senior management.
– Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising and retail management, with specific experience in OEM leather bags.
– Strong understanding of retail operations, sales analysis, and inventory management.
– Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
– Experience in e-commerce and digital merchandising is highly desirable.
– Proficiency with merchandising software and tools, such as ERP systems or analytics platforms.
– Fluent in English proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
– Willingness to be located in Kendal.
