Requirement :
- Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years of sales or freight forwarding experience

- Proven track record of building scalable, repeatable processes
- Flexible, can adapt to a hyper-growth environment, driven by continuous improvement

- Communicate international and freight forwarding best practices and apply them to our sales training
- Work with marketing and sales management to improve our customer acquisition, penetration and retention efforts
- Create a strategic business plan to grow and lead the market business in east Java
- Design, develop and execute customer and supplier strategies to improve sales and operational productivity
- Provide guidance and support to all team members regarding freight forwarding sales, standardized procedures and systems
- Review, develop and continuously improve SOPs
- Oversee global trade compliance
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements
